A User Attribute describes additional custom attributes for a User profile that are not pre-defined attributes within the AgilQuest system. Rights Required: The user must be a SystemAdmin *Note: The user must either be the SystemAdmin, or the user's HomeAccount must be the ForumOwner.* This operation requires a User Attribute value.
