# Aruba Central

Locatee's Aruba Central integration enables the forwarding of device location information from your Aruba Central infrastructure.

## Prerequisites

* [ ] Access points are configured in Aruba Central with the **Advanced** license
* [ ] Aruba Central instance is upgraded to the latest stable version
* [ ] Access points hardware is present in the [manufacturer's availability list](https://www.google.com/url?q=https://help.central.arubanetworks.com/latest/documentation/online_help/content/nms/access-points/supported-platforms/supported-aps.htm\&sa=D\&source=docs\&ust=1731410311948509\&usg=AOvVaw0vcjOl3UVfW9Y7xnn8UYlk)

## Streaming API

Aruba Central's **Streaming API** allows Locatee to subscribe to metrics related to device positioning information.

1. In your Aruba Central dashboard, go to **Maintain > Organization**

2) Click on **Platform Integration**, then **Streaming**\

3) Subscribe to the **Monitoring** and **Location** topics\

4) Click on **Copy Streaming Key**

Inform the **Locatee Service Desk** ([support@locatee.com](mailto:support@locatee.com)) and submit the streaming key in your request.
