# Live

The Live view gives users information on how the office building is utilized in real time. Updates take place every 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the refresh rate of information available in the client network.

> 📘 If you observe a discrepancy

> Live view data is based on high accuracy data sources such as wired ethernet connections and sensors. It's possible that the configuration for these data sources needs to be corrected in order to improve the validity of data in the Live view (as well as other places).

> If you notice that utilization is not shown for a particular space which you know is occupied by a device with a wired connection, please follow the steps [here](https://docs.locatee.ch/docs/desk-mapping#how-to-perform-desk-mapping) or contact a Locatee administrator to desk map that particular space.
>
> If the problem persists after making that correction and allowing 30 minutes for the configuration and data to refresh, please raise a ticket with our support team by emailing [support@locatee.com](mailto:support@locatee.com).
