## Overview

Async **delta** REST API: client retrieves MAC comments created/updated in Tango since the last integration run. Two-call pattern with `gu_id` and pagination.

## Endpoints

## Open Questions / Assumptions

* [ ] **No required-field column** in source — all fields modelled as optional in line with the doc's silence.
* [ ] **`tango_entity_id` typed VARCHAR** but sample is numeric-looking `"123456"`. Schema follows mapping (string).
