Post forumsaccounts
Adds the account identified to the forum identified. This is used for shared Forums to add more than one account to the Forum. If the isOwner flag is set to TRUE, the Forum must not have a pre-existing owner.
The requesting User must have the following rights to perform this task:
Note: The user must belong to the Account being added to the Forum or must be a System Administrator.
This operation requires a Add Forum Account Data value.
This operation returns a HTTP 200 OK response upon success.
