Locatee is a web-based analytics software platform, deployed in Locatee’s own cloud infrastructure. If your team is already using Locatee, obtain the URL of your Locatee instance and use it for the instructions below, as well as any other further guides. A typical environment URL has the following format: prod.customer.ch.locatee.com, which is composed of:
  • environment: prod or uat
  • customer name
  • hosting region: ch (Switzerland), eu (European Union), or others
Custom domains that reflect your company’s name are configurable upon request.

Logging into Locatee Analytics

  1. Open the Locatee environment URL in your web browser.
  2. Click on Log in with Single Sign On
📘 SSO Locatee supports the configuration of various SSO providers such as Google, Auth0, Okta or Azure AD. More information here.
An information page will appear, prompting to begin the setup of your first building.

Locatee Admin

Locatee Admin enables you to manage Locatee for your entire organisation, for example:
  • connect data sources
  • define user access roles
  • customise assigned workplaces/zones
You can reach the Admin view by clicking on your user profile icon in the bottom left corner of the sidebar, then going to Admin:
