Tango is a location-centric system. Locations are the foundation — every lease is associated with one or more locations, and a single location can have multiple leases.

Lease types

  1. From the functional dashboard, click the Leases icon.
  2. The lease home opens with the Actions panel on the left and the Lease Search on the right.
  3. The search defaults to active leases. Change the Status dropdown to include other statuses.
  4. Enter keywords and click the magnifying glass to search, or leave blank and search to retrieve all.
  5. From the results list, click the row action buttons or select the lease and use the Lease Details or Lease Financials header actions.

Switch between these areas using the header actions. The greyed-out action indicates which area you are currently viewing.

The Actions panel on the lease home provides access to key workflows:

System preferences

From the header, use the Preferences action to set your default language, country, and business unit. Use Help to open system documentation in a new tab.
Dashboard content and available actions vary by user role. Users with different security roles may see a different set of icons and actions.
