The lease dashboard displays report results in visual formats including charts, tables, and graphs. Each element on a dashboard is a separate system-generated report.
1

Open the dashboard

From the lease home, click Dashboard.
Dashboards may take a moment to load. Data on dashboards is refreshed once per day from the backend data warehouse, so results may be up to 24 hours old.
2

Navigate tabs and pages

Use the tabs at the top to switch between dashboard sections (for example, Financials, Portfolio). Within each tab, navigate between pages to see different groupings of reports.
3

Apply filters

Filters at the top of each page control the results shown on that page. Click a filter field and make your selection — the dashboard reloads automatically with updated results.
4

Save a customization

To save your filter selections for future use:
  1. Click the gear icon and select Save Current Customization.
  2. Enter a descriptive name (for example, “Texas Leases”).
  3. Optionally check Make Default to apply this customization automatically every time you open the dashboard.
5

Apply or clear a saved customization

  • To apply a saved customization: click the gear icon, select Apply Saved Customization, and choose from the list.
  • To reset: click the gear icon and select Clear My Customization.
6

Export results

  • Full page: click the gear icon and choose Export to Excel (or print to HTML or PDF).
  • Individual report: click the Export button below the specific chart or table. Use the Data option to export the underlying data rather than the graphic.
When reviewing time-sensitive data, keep in mind that dashboard results can be up to 24 hours old. For real-time data, use General Reports instead.
